FUN SHOOT WITH ACTRESS MALIN AKERMAN FOR MAGAZINE COVER

We had a great shoot last week with Malin Akerman who is currently filming Wunderlust with Jennifer Anniston.  Her movies include "Heartbreak Kid", "27 Dresses", "The Proposal", "Watchmen", and "The Brothers Solomon". I got the call to shoot her Wednesday and I flew on Friday and we shot at the St. Regis in Atlanta.  She was a dream,beautiful and nice.  Our minimum goal was one cover shot and 2 shots for the article.  We achieved 7 shots and had fun doing it!  Thanks to my great team!

A Wonderful Shoot with Malin Akerman

This is a shoot I did for a Jezebel Magazine cover with actress Malin Akerman.  She is currently filming with Jennifer Aniston, the movie Wunderlust. She also starred in 27 dresses , Watchmen , Couples Retreat, Brothers Solomon, The Heartbreak Kid, and The Proposal,

Great shoot, I flew into Atlanta and shot her at the St. Regis Hotel.  We hoped to get 3 shots minimum, but got 7 as she was so easy and nice to work with (and being a former model definitely helped).  She loved the beautiful designer clothing Jabe brought.  This shoot came together last minute, I was booked on Wednesday, flew in on Friday,  and images went into production fully retouched on Monday morning.  Look for them in Jezebel's November Anniversary issue!!!

Fantastic shoot in Madison,Georgia!

We did 12 gorgeous shots at this beautiful country home of Dan Belman and Randy Korando, who own Boxwoods Garden & Gifts in Atlanta, GA.  It was 95 degrees that day but the model was a pro and everyone was committed to creating beautiful shots.

A rather early morning shoot

I just got back from a shoot in Birmingham: great production including video!  I have to thank my team for a great job! Lots of motivation and organization to bring twenty people together at 4 am on the set!

Sniff Responsibly

After the buzz that followed the last episode of the famous show LOST last night, I couldn't hide him any longer: I had the chance to meet and photograph Daniel Dae Kim, the talented and charismatic performer of Jin in the show. It was a real pleasure to work with him, he is so nice!

A favorite from a recent hair beauty shoot

New York, New York!

After pulling an overnight shoot in Chicago, flew the next morning to New York.  Had a great shoot in New York.  I honestly fall in love with my team of assistants. They always take care of me! Photos and Video still to come!

Not even a snowstorm can stop us from shooting!

There was fear, would we be able to pull off the photoshoot when a big storm was supposed to hit.  The night before a calm came over me about 11pm and I knew it would all work out.  Everyone involved left super early to get to studio early -it was great!  The crew was fantastic and the client I have been working remotely with for years. We email photos for approval from client who gets to sit at her desk in her office and handle this and other work she has that day.  It works like a charm! Don't we love the modern world!
